Elements on Level One
Step into a bright, open space awash with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows in the adjacent atrium lobby. Polished hard wood floors are echoed in the art work on the walls. Tooled leather seating in graceful semi-circular booths imparts a warm, rich ambiance to the room. This is Elements on Level One, an inventive new entry to the Herndon restaurant scene.
Serving contemporary American cuisine influenced by fresh ingredients from local suppliers, diners are faced with difficult decisions morning, mid-day and evening. Signature offerings are devised from regional cuisine – try a Lobster and Egg Croissant for breakfast or Shenandoah Lamb Chops for dinner. And leave room for dessert; Chef Matthew Warschaw has dreamt up delectable choices, including his own signature dessert, "Chocolate Mashed Potato Cake" the areas' most talked about decadence. Stop in to our welcoming atrium lobby bar when you just want a light bite. Perfect for that "something to keep you going" snack, you can set up your lap top and keep right on working while we prepare a tempting Slider Trio (cheddar beef, crab cake and bbq pork) or a an order of Fried Portobello Sticks. Happy Hour specials happen daily, so we may become your favorite place to gather with friends for a cocktail, or watch your favorite sports team on one of four flat screen TVs.
