It’s the details that make each memorable event distinctively yours alone. From the moment you choose one of our beautiful Hyatt Dulles wedding reception sites, a professional consultant will assist you with planning the celebration of your dreams.

Please don’t hesitate to contact your dedicated Hyatt Dulles wedding specialist regarding any questions or concerns you may have. To make the planning of your wedding easier, we have compiled this helpful list of items you may want to consider.
  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from 8 to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications. Our spacious ballrooms can easily accommodate dance floors for 100 or more.
  • Ceremony Room - Hyatt Dulles can create a room in variety of configurations. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
    Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas.
  • Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme.
  • Parking – Complimentary self-parking is available.
  • Wedding Cake - Our wedding professional can help you choose
    your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Dulles. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Dulles. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due 3 business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All Food and Beverages subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days (72 hours) prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
