Congratulations on your upcoming Virginia wedding! We understand that your wedding day is THE most special event you will ever plan. We take pride in handling all the details so you can have the peace of mind to do what is most important: enjoy the day.
Start with a ceremony or cocktail reception at one of our two outdoor Virginia Wedding locations. The Garden Terrace accommodates up to 200 guests and comes complete with gazebo, water fountain, and professionally designed landscaping. The Aviator Patio, expertly landscaped with holly trees filled with twinkle lights, is perfect for a cocktail reception for up to 100 people.
Our atrium provides a grand impression with the vaulted roof, cascading stone fish pond, floor to ceiling windows, and casual cocktail seating.
Your event continues in a choice of two ballrooms. Regardless of your decision, you will be pampered by the exceptional level of service that our staff provides each day!
The Concorde Ballroom accommodates up to 300 people. Adorned with chandeliers, 16-foot ceilings and Mahogany wood, its splendid visuals will please your guests.
The Aviator Suite serves as the second backdrop and has the unique trait of a glass wall overlooking the private Aviator Patio. Accommodating 20 to 100 guests, this area is also accented with chandeliers, woodwork and granite ledges to add to the distinctive decor.
Our facilities can accommodate everything from small intimate gatherings to lavish Virginia weddings. Guests who have experienced Hyatt wedding receptions delight in our delicious food, prepared with all the careful touches you'd expect from truly fine dining.
