Whichever distinctive location you choose at the Hyatt Dulles you can be assured of the impeccable service you’ve come to expect.

Atrium Lobby

Our atrium provides a grand impression with the vaulted roof, stone fish pond, floor to ceiling windows, and comfortable cocktail seating. Hyatt welcomes up to 450 guests for a cocktail reception and 300 for a plated banquet.

Concorde Ballroom

Adorned with chandeliers, 16-foot ceilings and mahogany paneling, the splendid visuals of the Concord Ballroom will delight your guests. Accommodate up to up to 450 guests for a cocktail reception and 300 for a plated banquet.

Aviator Suites

Use the striking glass wall overlooking the private Aviator Patio as a backdrop for your elegant celebration. Crystal chandeliers, fine wood paneling and granite ledges add to the Aviator Suites’ distinctive decor. Welcome up to 100 guests for a cocktail reception and 65 for a plated banquet.

Garden Terrace

Charming outdoor celebrations begin with our beautiful Garden Terrace featuring a graceful gazebo, bubbling fountain and beautifully designed formal gardens. Terrace accommodates up to 200 guests in this outdoor location.

Aviator Patio

Landscaped with holly trees filled with twinkle lights, the Aviator Patio is set a glow that creates a magical ambiance. Invite up to 120 people for an intimate cocktail reception.
